A public meeting will be held Wednesday, October 27, from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the Clifton Park Senior Community Center, to discuss the preliminary plans for the Town Center Park Phase 1 Project. The Town’s consultants for Phase 1, Environmental Design Partnership (EDP), will deliver a presentation about the Phase 1 elements proposed, and public feedback will be welcomed. The meeting is open to the public.
The park project involves the 37 acres of land acquired by the Town of Clifton Park in 2017 from the Shenendehowa Central School District, located on the east side of Moe Road, just off the Moe Road Trail, and reaching to the west side of Maxwell Drive across from Southside Drive. The land is south of NYS 146 and north of the Arongen and Shatekon elementary schools, and is northeast of the Clifton Park-Halfmoon Public Library’s property.
The Clifton Park Senior Community Center is located on the grounds of Clifton Common, off of Vischer Ferry Road, Town of Clifton Park.
