While the field walk is CANCELLED; a video-conference program will be available instead, if folks would like to go participate in this other way!  For the May 1st Stewardship Hike, a frequent volunteer with "Curious by Nature", is hosting a "Virtual Hike" to showcase the Dwaas Kill Nature Preserve.  You can stay at home, and just go online through your Internet connection on your home computer, or via your own smartphone.  A program will be conducted on the Zoom platform per the details below.

At first, you will be in a "waiting room" and when the host is ready, you will be invited to join the video conference.  You will need to "Mute" your audio for the program, until there is time for questions and answers, to ensure everyone can hear the program clearly. 

At any time, look on the bottom right of your screen (when on your computer) to "leave the meeting" whenever  you need to.   Use your cursor at the bottom of your screen to see how to ask a question.
