This free special event, the Town’s annual kick-off to the fall season, encourages the public to learn about farming in Clifton Park. Residents can drive to several Clifton Park farms and other venues from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day for tours, hayrides, demonstrations, apple-picking, children's activities, entertainment, great food and more.
