NOTICE OF ANNUAL ELECTION OF THE QUALIFIED VOTERS

The Annual election of the Ballston Lake Fire District No.1 will be held at the Fire Station, 1125 Ballston Lake Road, on Tuesday December 10, 2024 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM for the purpose of electing one (1) Fire District Commissioner to serve a five (5) year term commencing January 1, 2025 and ending December 31, 2030., and for electing one (1) Treasurer to serve a three (3) year term commencing January 1, 2025 and ending December 31, 2028. All candidates for the office shall file their names with the Secretary of the Fire District by November 25, 2024.

AUDIT REPORT

Notice is hereby given that the fiscal affairs of the Town of Clifton Park for the period beginning January 1, 2022, and ending on December 31, 2022, have been examined by an independent public accountant, and that the external audit prepared by the independent public accountant has been filed in my office where it is available as a public record for inspection by all interested persons. Pursuant to Section thirty-five of the General Municipal Law, the governing board of the Town of Clifton Park may, in its discretion, prepare a written response to the report of external audit and file any such response in my office as a public record for inspection by all interested persons not later than February 16, 2022.
