Town of Clifton Park

A Message from the Building & Development Office

We are entering cold weather season.  For the safety of our Town residents, please be sure that your contractor is securing a building permit for the installation of wood and gas-fired heat appliances (fireplaces, wood stoves, water heaters, etc.). It is necessary for a final inspection to be completed by the Town's Building & Development Department for a Certificate of Compliance to be issued.

Please contact the Building & Development office at 518-371-6702 with any questions.
