The Town of Clifton Park Planning and Zoning Department presents this Planning Board Online Application Portal 

Citizenserve permitting software automates and simplifies the permit application, review, resubmittal, approval, and inspection process. In this Citizenserve Portal, you will digitally complete and submit a Site Plan, Subdivision, Lot Line Adjustment, and Special Use Permit applications.  

You will also upload plan drawings and required documents, check application review status, pay fees, and schedule inspections. The portal is compatible with most technological devices - phones, tablets, laptops, and desktop computers. You can log in anytime and anywhere - from your office, home, or the job site. Applications for Building Permits, through the Building Department and Sign Permits, and Variances through the Zoning Board of Appeals are currently being developed and will also be available online shortly.

Registration is Required
You must register before using the portal for the first time. When you visit the portal “by first clicking on the link below (copy and paste may break the link for first-time users):

For the first time, click on "My Account." Then, under the "New to our Portal?" section, click on the link that says "Register Now" to get started and follow the step-by-step instructions.  

All submittals for Planning Board Meetings will go through this portal. We will no longer be accepting paper copies.
