FUEL STATION REPLACEMENT PROJECT
The Town of Clifton Park is seeking sealed bids for the Fuel Station Replacement Project on Wednesday, April 9, 2025. Copies of contract documents are available for direct download from the Town’s website at https://cliftonpark.org/government/requests-for-bids-and-proposals under Request for Quotes, beginning at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on Monday, March 17, 2025. No fee is associated when obtaining copies of contract documents. Addendums and responses to questions are also posted to the Town’s website. It shall be the bidders’ responsibility to check for addendums. Bidders are encouraged to attend a pre-bid field meeting to be held at 10:00 a.m. on March 24, 2025, at the Highway Department Fueling Station located at One Town Hall, Clifton Park, NY. Sealed bids must be received in the Town Clerk’s office no later than 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 9, 2025, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read. All vendors are encouraged to submit sealed bids via mail to Clifton Park Town Hall, Town Clerk’s Office, One Town Hall Plaza, Clifton Park, NY 12065. Bid envelopes shall be legibly marked, Bid – Fuel Station Replacement Project.
