TERM EASEMENT (HISTORIC PRESERVATION) APPLICATION

Please take notice that the Town Board of the Town of Clifton Park will conduct a public hearing on the 21st day of January 2025 at 7:02 p.m. in the Wood Memorial Meeting, One Town Hall Plaza, Town of Clifton Park, County of Saratoga, State of New York, at which time and place public comment may be made to the Town Board with regard to an application for the Town Historic Preservation Term Easement program relating to property at 343 Riverview Road, Rexford (SBL:287.16-1-6).
