Help those suffering from the devastating effects of Hurricane Helene by dropping off supplies at the Senior Center Parking Lot.
This supply drive is being organized by SFC Michael Sharpes, Station Commander at the Albany Army Medical Recruiting Station, a resident and his family who have family and friends that live in the path of destruction created by Hurricane Helene. Sharpes is partnering with organizations on the ground in North Carolina such as Aerial Recovery Group and National Coatings and Save our Allies, Unknown Entity Coffee and Global Empowerment Mission, as well as active military families who are taking leave to help get supplies to the hardest hit mountain towns in the area.
